Doing a 5 day 250 mile bike ride for MS

Im doing a 250 mile ride in northern MN this summer, looks like a good time. 5 days and I think they get over 1000 riders every year. Im looking forward to training for this as well, I just bought a new bike so it will be fun. My old neighbor is fairly incapacitated with MS so I want to do it for him

Don't you ****ing dare, woman. He needs to keep batting for the pink team so he can keep dispensing fashion advice and such. If you cure him, he turns into a regular color blind tard-ass tripod-Viking-- this was regarding TwiloMike. RIP guy.

Im gona have to start wearing wrist wraps just to wipe lol- Hatred

That's awesome man. 250 miles in 5 days is beastly, I probably couldn't even do one day.

That awesome...what kind of bike did you get?

I am doing (or gonna attempt) the Santa Fe century on May 18, and then two weeks after that the Albuquerque century.

I purchased a cannondale f3 , last yrs bike so I go it for $999 plus tax, and had about 200 in extras put on it. I rode 3 miles today, I have some SERIOUS training to do. I did a 280 mile 5 day ride through the mountains in new hampshire and vermont as a kid, so I know I can get in shape for this one
