    And so the trend began. A critical mass of WBB members migrated toward Houston creating a group rivaling the Carolinians. Riots and teritorial battles then ensued. After a bitter battle, the Carolinian contingent was destroyed. Afterall, it's not hard to do when all they have is pretty boys.

    UD2 Day 29 - Depletion Day 1

    Measurements:
    Weight: 176.2
    And we begin again.
    Training: Depletion Day 1 Upperbody 4:00pm
    With only two meals in me and no carbs I was weaking very fast. I almost didn't go however, I knew it would just screw everything up. So buggering off work early, it was time to hit the gym.

    Inc Dumbell Press: 30x10, 40x15, 40x15, 40x15, 40x10, 40x12
    HS Lat Pull Down: 90x15, 90x14, 90x12, 90x11, 90x11
    HS Bench Press: 90x15, 90x12, 70x12, 70x11, 70x11
    Cable Row: 90x15, 90x15, 90x15, 90x15, 90x15
    Lateral Raise: 15x15, 15x14, 15x12, 15x10, 10x15

    I really felt weak doing these exercises. I would have thought two weeks off and pigging out would have helped. But my endurance just wasn't there. I managed to do this workout in about 45 mins so it was pretty fast for me.
    Diet:
    Decent today.

    1) Protein shake w/flax
    2) Chicken breasts
    3) oysters, apple
    4) Chicken breast
    5) Cottage cheese

    Push Downs: 90x15, 90x15, 90x12, 90x13

    Reasonalble workout.
