Worked up to 365 x 2 raw 3 board
Shoulder was giving me some issues, Im going to start adding in a shirt every couple of weeks to aid my shoulder pain....Still not getting any leg drive whatsoever, so Im def. getting some nice pure upper body work.
Plate raises: 3 x I forgot how many
Pulldowns: 1 x Again my memory isnt what it used to be
