I came up with a new recipe that turned out pretty good. I just eyeball it but here are the basic amounts.
6oz can of tuna
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup peas
1/4 cup of diced onion
1 cut up stalk of celery
1/2 cup Ragu tomato sauce
Stir it all together in a caserole dish and cook for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

How many calories?
It doesn't look great but it tastes good.
I hadn't figured up nutritional info so I'll do it now. I think the amount of rice I use is closer to 3/4 cup so I figured it up that way.
Carbs 47 (mostly from the rice)
