    A whole new Routine......??

    alright guys im gonna start driving for UPS in the next few weeks, which means long hours and lots of moving..so my question is what would be a good routine to keep to be able to still hit the gym sometimes....im off on the weekends and my day will probably be 8am til around 8pm starting off...also dont know how much ill be able to eat but im going to try my best to get some sort of small snacks or meals in, then a big big dinner when i get home...sorry for the long post just kinda of something new and not to sure what do..... thanks in advance

    Just bring your meals to work in a cooler and eat throughout the day. Also, most gyms open early and close late, so you could hit the gym before or after work.

    ya im gonna try and bring some sort of food hopefully, there just isnt really much time to stop and take time to eat, also i thought about going to the gym after and i figured id be dead tired after work

    well hopefully once i get good at my route i can take time for a nice lunch and such, but even guys who have been driving for years have to skip there lunch break sometimes just to get all the work done in time
