    Weightgainer. Calories, when and how much

    As far as taking weight gainer is concerned, is there any difference between taking one serving of about 1300 calories or taking 3 servings a day of roughly over 430? If I can do it in one serving, what would be the best time to take it? at night? Any help would be appreciated.

    I assume it would be healthier and easier on your body to digest all of that throught the day.

    The same reason it's better to eat 4 meals and all of your food at once.
