    Bench press competition

What would be a competitive weight to raw bench in the 165 weight class or the 181 weight class?

depends on the federation, drug tested or non tested, equipped or raw

equipped and non tested - 580+

raw non tested - I'm going to say in the 400 range

    tested feds will be lower

Ya I was looking for tested and raw. At 165 would 400 be very competitive or middle of the line?

400 raw would win it easy, you probably have a shot with 365+

At the local level, 400 and 165 would steal the show.
