    Doms

    alright i finally learned power cleans well enuff so that i can do them heavy.
    i did it yesterday and today i have bad doms in my lats, traps, lower back, and hamstrings(is that where im supposed to feel it?). do you think this is because its the first time im doing them heavy and they will stop ater a while like squats stopped making me real sore now.

    The DOMS is always the worst the first time.
