    Update

    hey ya'll, just wanted to post some results ive gotten so far..

    started atkins(cheat day on sat.) bout 3 months ago or so, my stats where something like:

    weight: 422
    bodyfat : 52%
    fat in pounds : 219
    lean body mass : 203

    well as of sunday im in at:
    weight: 370
    bodyfat : 45%
    fat in pounds : 166
    lean body mass : 204

    -53 lbs fat
    +1 lb muscle

    havent weighed this since i was 13...lol

    nah im doing good... for the first time lol i just wanna get down to 350 which is my new goal...my first goal was to get under 400 and i did so which i havent weighed in..i dont know how long.. everythings going pretty good.. lets hope it stays that way...

    i did start to stale but i dropped crystal light and that helped alot..
