    You look really good.

    The lighting is deceiving though.
Next time around try taking your pics outdoors or where the light is better.

"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

    Looking good.
Were you the one on the www.musclemag.com forums that everyone was *****ing at because they thought your lifts were fake? I think I saw your picture on that forum and if so you have gotten a lot bigger.

Yea I know it looks a bit deceiving, that's why I said I want to take pics on a real camera, and I am gonna do it in a place like the gym or outside, I want to tan a bit more first.

These pics were taken over a month ago, about the middle of my bulk up phase, I got up to about 190, but I didn't think I looked that heavy, so I have been cutting down a bit, and I am down to 184, but I think I have added some more muscle size now at the same time.

    Current measurements
    Chest: 45"
    Arms: 15.5"
    Legs: 24"
    Calves: 16"
    Waist: 32"-33"

I haven't been able to work on my calves for the past few months due to ankle problems, and I can't go as deep on squats, which has been a bummer, but I go through surgery on my ankle friday, so I hope I will be ready to grow some TREE TRUNKS for legs!!!!
