I am trying to incorporate dead lifts in to my chest/back day...
I feel like my legs are not getting worked hard enough... Is my form/technique off?
I can feel the majority of the burn/pressure on my lower back, but not much on my legs/butt.
Sounds right to me.
If you're lifting the weight from the ground to your hips without hurting your back, you're doing it right.
speaking of deadlifts, does anybody literally pull the bar up their shins?
i got ****ing blood on my bar after tearing open my legs on deadlift day.
my forearms also get cut along with my shins from rubbing on my shorts
your arms get cut my rubbing on your shorts??? I honestly don't see how that could be a problem, i'm not trying to bash... i just don't see how one can cut his/her arm doing a conventional deadlift

North, he's probably doing sumo. That's the only way your arms come up along your thighs. Although, you still need to have really abrasive shorts to be cutting your arms....
"Fine, if I'm not allowed to light it on fire, can my imaginary friend?"
