    Dead lift problems

I am trying to incorporate dead lifts in to my chest/back day...

I feel like my legs are not getting worked hard enough... Is my form/technique off?

I can feel the majority of the burn/pressure on my lower back, but not much on my legs/butt.

If you're lifting the weight from the ground to your hips without hurting your back, you're doing it right.

North, he's probably doing sumo. That's the only way your arms come up along your thighs. Although, you still need to have really abrasive shorts to be cutting your arms....
