For those of you who are unsure of your calorie intake and what levels of protein your taking in etc I have found a great site that I use to monitor myself and make sure I am eating enough and eating the correct foods.

This site helps you make a daily log of your foods and tells you how many calories you should take etc, it also shows how much protein, fat, carbs etc your taking in from the foods you have. All you need to do is search their database of foods n say "I ate this today".
