    New Program?

Ive been on Rippetoes for a couple of months now and ive got results but now it seems that the results have stopped increasing. ive pretty much stayed the same for a couple of weeks now and i was wondering if i should move onto one of the WBB programs that are up here?
but this program has made me gain 4 lbs in a month so im happy about that

What does 'pretty much stayed the same' mean? Are you adding weight or not? Gains will slow, you know.

Have you tried to back off a little?
    Squats work better than supplements.

Adding weight every other week? Then you aren't doing it right.

Add weight to the squat every workout unless you don't get 3x5.
