    1 Year Lifting

    Hey wBB,

    It's been about a year since I started truely lifting and eating right thanks to WBB. I did maybe have about 2-3 months off in that year not in one strecth but here and there. I am just a bit over 6'0" and I went from 165lbs to 178lbs right now. I tweaked my lower back trying a new max last November and I haven't been deadlifting ever since and I went from squats to leg presses which doesn't help with muscle gain AT ALL.

    If you could please let me know where you think I should go fom here. I've gained noticeable differences considering I was flat and much skinnier before. If you wanna eyeball a bf% would be great too.

    BF- I'm 6'0" about 178lbs in the morning. You can probably tell I pack some love handles, damn they were always there and are never going away.

    i noticed that your arms got bigger from the front, you didnt pack on any considerable fat for the most part.

    and btw, is that avatar of him getting caught?

    my arms got bigger? i took those pics like 30 secs apart haha not to mention I don't even curl, maybe like once a month

    how long do you guys think I should bulk till I cut down for the first time?

    If I were you I wouldn't worry about cutting or bulking at this stage. Make sure you eat quality fats and proteins and target carbs around lifting. Eat healthy and slightly over maintenance and hit the weights hard and the muscle will come and you will gain very little fat -- who knows, you might even lose some fat.

    Thanks Jorge, so like a slow bulk kind of deal. That's what I was doing right now anyway shooting at about 1.5-2lbs gain per month, althought I did think about bulking hard. I eat high proteins and fats are all from meat, olive oil, peanut butter and than carbs of course nothing different than what I see here suggested at WBB.
