It's been about a year since I started truely lifting and eating right thanks to WBB. I did maybe have about 2-3 months off in that year not in one strecth but here and there. I am just a bit over 6'0" and I went from 165lbs to 178lbs right now. I tweaked my lower back trying a new max last November and I haven't been deadlifting ever since and I went from squats to leg presses which doesn't help with muscle gain AT ALL.
If you could please let me know where you think I should go fom here. I've gained noticeable differences considering I was flat and much skinnier before. If you wanna eyeball a bf% would be great too.
