    sore lats?

    yesterday my workout consisted of mostly chest and shoulders.. i benched.. barbell shoulder pressed.. etc. For some reason today my lats are sore today. I am as puzzled as i've ever been. anyway, tonight i intended to deadlift, bent over row, etc.. should i lay off the back or go through my routine as planned?

    Benching and forms of overhead press involve the lats to some degree. How much they are being used depends on your form.
