Here is a recipe that has helped me carb cut and not feel deprived. It's my personal design:
Baby Butter Lettuce
Avocado (within limits)
blue cheese crumbles
whole lemon squeezed
light drizzled salad oil
chicken - cook ahead of time marinating in a Poultry seasoning (If you have a costco in your area, get the one they sell there. It's not Costco brand, but it is the only one they sell.)
For some reason the combination of flavors hits your tongue in stages and creates a very complex and tasty experience.
