Just got back into lifting after a decade off and am loving it. Been at it about two weeks. Thursday (today is Sunday) I did back. I tried a new exercise, pullover on an exercise ball. It fried my lats where they connect to my ribcage. They are still sore today. Sitting up with arms at side they aren't sore, but when I bed over and let my arms hang, I can really feel the tenderness right at my ribcage. Should I skip the lat workout today, or maybe just do pull ups?
