Legs: Leg Press, squats, deep squats, lunges, leg curls, deadlifts
Arms: 21's, hang cleans, biceps curls.
Chest: Incline Dumbell press, dumbell bench press, incline press, bench press, push ups, dumbell flys,
Back: Back Rows, Pull ups, dead lifts,
Traps: Upright Rows!! BEAST!!
current weight: 200
Protein I should Take?? Whey? I dont want asparatame on any..
