So usually I would focus more on the weight training...but when I'd get bigger I didn't feel it was solid muscle. I guess that's due to my diet.
So I changed my routine so first I did some serious cardio that got me sweating to death...then hit the weights. But I'd notice that I started to lose weight...I didn't want to get smaller.
How do I fix my routine so I'd get bigger but tone up?
That's not routine, it's diet.

I see, no I don't really track my diet...
