Hi, I'm about to go on a cut and looking to try carb cycling. However, I still have a couple of questions about this.
Firstly, should you still try to get the same number of calories in whether you're on a carb day, low carb or no carb? Or do you cycle between eating at maintenance on carb days and progressively down on the other two days so that you're well below maintenance on a no carb day?
Secondly can someone who does carb cycle tell me what kind of meals they have on no carb days? I'm not a big veggie fan, and all I'm left with is eating breasts of chicken or tuna alone.
