    Decided to join everyone else and start recording my lifts and stuff.


    3x8 squats 185lbs
    3x25 leg ext. 90lbs 10 toes in/10 out/ 5 straight
    3x10 leg curls
    2x10 stiff legged db deadlifts


    3x10 deadlifts 225
    3xmax chins, wide and close
    3x10 bent over rows 55lbs
    3x10 hammer curls 30


    3x8,6,5 military press 115lbs
    3x10 lateral raises 15lbs
    3x10 rear delt flyes 15lbs
    2x10 front raises on incline 10lbs
    3x10 close grip bench 135, 155, 155
    3x10 skull crushers 75lbs
