    I've had a kink/cramp in my elbow for almost a week now! Which has been preventing me from lifting. It felt better today so I went ahead and lifted. However, I aggravated it a little.

    I graduated this weekend!! So as you may have predicted already I was pretty hard on my body. I usually lift lower body on friday and today is sunday. Woops!

    Lat pulldown
    The new gym I go to has no ****ing lat pull down cable machine. They have some free motion machine with a separate handles for each hand. The grip is really wide and is painful to do the excersise and it just sucks ass. So I'm going to find a way to work my lats with free weights. This really pissed me off if you don't notice.

    haha thanks man. I just wish I started squating at an earlier age. I've only been squating for about 6 months now. I cant wait till I'm repping with 4 plates on each side!
