    I've missed my last two workouts. I just did 12 hour back to back to back shifts. But I'll be hitting the iron tomorrow if my back allows it.

    It feels great to be back. I never really left but lost the fire and determination.

    Today is squats and hacks I'm so excited to go and tear it up! Its been awhile since I've been excited and fired up to go to the gym.
