Thanks man I'm really excited about this Baby got Back routine my back has been somewhere I've lacked. I can definitely feel my back getting stronger and acting as a synergist to my other lifts. Even with this lower weight I'm dropping too I still see myself setting PRS!

Checked out your journal because your not suppose to do those rear laterals. lol Looks like your more ahead than many,, sounds like good plan about rearranging exercises. I usually work big to small.. (playing around with DC training which makes you change some of that)( (prob should be only deadlifting and squating though : (
Very good work, I'm looking at the tabata link now so thanks
Remember, to get big, you have to get strong. The two are interconnected. Lift heavy, work hard, and size will come. Like night follows day. It works. Arnold
Do work son. Big Black (Rob and Big)

Alright little heavier in BW and lift. I am pretty sure I am going to steadily gain 5lbs every week till I hit 370x2 then I'll plateau and have to considerable change things up.

    305x4
Happy with depth but form could have been a little better.
