    So the reason for me not adding my leg workouts is the gym I train at doesn't have a power rack so I've been squatting on a smith machine. I don't ever, ever want to remember those workouts. I now go to a dif gym on Squat days.

    Thanks. I'm 5'10 I weighed myself in tonight at 175.6 I'm usually at 170ish I'm 4.6 lbs into the bulk. I'm bulking till my competition which is in February.
