    Repetition Bench press

    In "Defranco's Westside for skinny bastards" article he talks about doing a repetition day (Friday) in which you choose a certain weight and do three sets of maximum reps till failure. Claims it helps gain muscle mass. How much truth do you think there is in that statement? I've been following this routine for 3 weeks and want to make sure I'm not wasting my Friday bench workout.

    we dont follow the exact same type to template but we do alot of rep work and believe fully that it pays off huge..God bless
