i was push pressing today a little bit more weight than usual and on the second last rep of my last set i heard 2 cracks and felt a sharp pain in the outside of my wrist. i could feel it hurting but being the idiot i am i carried on with the workout doing deadlifts, BORs, and chins through the pain.
Its been 2 hours and theres no swelling or visual sign that anythings wrong but it still hurts, especially if i bend the wrist to the right or if i rotate my forearm outwards.
Anyone got any idea what this might be?
try using wrist wraps next time. Maybe your wrists just aren't strong enough to hold that amount of weight for that amount of time?

I find push press hurts my wrists a lot more when im not warmed up enough. Either do another upper body lift before your push presses or do more warmup sets.
