    I need help.: Losing Weight.

    These forums seem like a very knowledgeable place to ask questions about living life healthy and fit. See, that is where I lack. I am not a lazy, nor unfit person, but I do lack major stamina and I would like to lose some weight, possibly before or in the month of June.

    I am 15, 5"6 and I weigh 150 Pounds, I'm around 10-15 pounds under the over weight limit. I am naturally chubby, and numerous doctors that I have went to said that it will be impossible for me to trim down and become "slim" because of my broad shoulders. Many friends and numerous amounts of people tell me otherwise though.

    I just subscribed to my local YMCA and have access to the weight lifting room and the cardiovascular training equipment.

    What would you suggest I do to lose weight, fairly fast. It's possible for me to go to the YMCA every day if my schedule allows it, also depending on when it closes because I have to babysit every day after school. Also, I would like to establish a good diet for myself. Would it be possible for you to help me?

    I am fairly active but lack stamina. For example, whilst doing the "Beep Test", I only managed to reach level 8. Whereas I should/want to reach level 11, 12 or possibly even 13. That's just one example.

    As for what I eat, I usually eat a VERY light breakfast, like, a cup of milk and perhaps a toast before I go to school. I skip lunch 90% of the time and only eat once I come from home. When I come home, I usually eat like a sandwich or two (Vegetarian sandwiches, I am Vegetarian,) and a cup of juice. For dinner, my mom usually cooks rice or something along those lines. Rice, pasta, whatever is ready and made for dinner that night.

    What would you suggest I do to lose weight on my STOMACH, THIGHS and FACE? Those are the main areas I want to concentrate on.

    I have access to a weight lifting room and cardiovascular equipment. What do you suggest I do routinely to lose weight before the month of June? I'd like to lose 20 pounds so I would be around 130 pounds.

    E: I am also aware that this is forum is called "WannaBeBig" forums focused on helping people bulk up and weight lift. But, I'm pretty sure and hope that many of you will be able to help me to slim down. For sure I'm aiming for a ripped body, but that isn't going to come any time soon, first, I want to lose weight. I've been mostly overweight my whole life, and it's just now that I've started losing weight. I was 5"5 and weighed 170 pounds at the beginning of the year, overweight. (September), I lost 20 pounds and weight 150 pounds now and I've grown an inch. I still want to lose more though.
