I'm not sure if this is the right section to be posting in regarding this question but I was wondering if anyone can help with my situation.
I'm trying to lose some fat right now without scarificing too much muscle so i'm doing circuit training and 20 Mins HIIT training. On top of this I'm making sure that I'm eatting healthy cutting out all the junk and drinking lots of water. The problem I'm having is my measurements and weight is staying the same and I'm 3 weeks in. However people are saying that they are notice my face looking slimmer and my stomach doesn't stick out as much. Also I'm looking more muscular.
I'm 5'11 currently at 188, i'm trying to drop 10 pounds
I'm confused and feeling disheartened. Any help would be appreciated.
