Already posted this on bodybuilding.com, pretty proud of it.
I hit 675lbs raw today at 16 today, Im probably good for 690 if I took some time off, I have been purposley over training latley and only took 2 seperate days off training legs and lower back in almost 2 weeks.
Also, thanks to everyone who helped me with the knee wrap thread, I got another 25lbs on my squat since then and Im thinking thats mostly from wraping the knee wraps better.
