Jesus christ, what a workout for the first day. Damn it kicked my ass. How many of you nancy's completed todays exercise? Only threw up once, heh.
Todays workout was a 400m run followed by 15 reps of an overhead squat loaded with 95lbs. Did this 5 times with a 2 min rest in between each set.
