    Strong lifting
Remember, to get big, you have to get strong. The two are interconnected. Lift heavy, work hard, and size will come. Like night follows day. It works. Arnold

    Double thanks weasel

First for the lifitng comment and the heads up on the Brady list.
It made my day to see that Kentucky was tied with Oklahoma as the least restrictive state for gun owners!
    Go Sooners and Wildcats!

If you look at the list, the rest of the Southern states are almost the same but have one other law that is kind of a minor restriction.
People need the right to protect themselves from criminals.
If we can't protect ourselves how can we truly be FREE!
