The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    I Hate Uwe Boll

Gah, the nerve of that hack of a kraut (my apologies to the Germans on the site)

Uwe Boll is the infamous director that has made beloved video games into crud movies. He has destroyed Bloodrayne, House of the Dead, and now Postal, and recently Dungeon Seige.

In fact, he makes most horrible directors, even Ed Wood, look like Speilberg. Now he's on a rant, calling Michael Bay/George Clooney '******s' and on and on, all because a petition is going out to stop him from filmmaking PERIOD (a good thing in my eyes as a gamer and a person who wants to be a director). He has asked for his fans to make a counter petition. This is the same guy who boxed his critics to defend his 'honor'. This man should be arrested and put on trial for crimes against games, art, AND WASTING VALUABLE TIME!

Most video games don't have a chance to be good movies. I'm sure one day there will be some, but most respectable actors won't touch them. Now obviously Uwe Boll sucks, but the boxing thing was classic.

I actually want to see Postal. He's a waste of space, but it's really hard to screw up Postal, and Zack Ward is funny.

A good director with a bad idea makes a mediocre movie that still appeals to the intended fanbase for the most part.

Uwe Boll with a bad idea makes...well...that ****

But I guess it goes both ways; most respectable directors wouldn't touch video games either

    I dunno

I plan on being a respectable director AND do GOOD adaptations of classic games

Besides, Speilberg expressed interest at one point of doing the WoW movie

Not saying it isn't possible, just be sure to pick one with some potential. I don't think Tomb Raider or Mortal Kombat (for instance) had much to work with <_<

Although I did enjoy that old-school live action Street Fighter movie. The one where M Bison's suit does CPR and brings him back to life. Yeah, it was an awful movie objectively, but I thought it was hilarious >_>

It's still scheduled for a May 23 release.

Dude, Indiana Jones is going to out-box office anything Uwe Boll would release that day, even if it was an Oscar worthy (doubt it ever happening for him) film of Zelda

If you haven't seen this, it's pretty funny:
