i am going to start a PSMF diet next monday. I have currently been using BGB for my routine. In the book he says to work out 2-3 days a week. So i was wondering if a routine like rippetoes would be good while I am on the diet. I want to keep as much LBM as possible and strenth while losing the fat. Thanks.
Also, I have been taking Results recently but wont be while on the diet, but is it still ok to take creatine while doing this.

carb depletion days do fullbody high reps, for carb loaded days go heavy low reps, with upper/lower split or full body
Ripptoes, only do 2 sets instead of 3 if your not feeling up to it. VERY low volume.
