Squats where feeling heavy tonight, I was hoping to go 640ish, but stopped at 600. I've been consistently going heavy on squat night.
This next exercise is done with a safety squat bar and a deadlift bar inside a power rack. The SSB is in the rack set up to squat with and the deadlift is set up on the floor in the powerrack. You unrack the ssb and step back over the dl bar, set your feet to squat, squat down with your hands hanging down to deadlift the bar on the floor. So, your doing a ssb squat and deadlift at the same time. this is advanced exercise, if you try it please start with empty bars, in a rack with the safteys in place.
