MRI said everything is intacked and no tears! Still doesn't feel right.

Sorry to hear about Milo; it sounds like he had a good life though with all circumstances considered.
I have noticed a lot of accessory work in your training, what kind of split do you follow? Or is there a specific program that you use?

I am glad for you though that the pec is all good! Hopefully with some stretching and working back into things, it'll get back to feeling normal.
You really thin that's alot of accessory work? I've cut back recently, with the pec thing and training both squats and deads same day.

I totally was busy today with personal training and business stuff. I had been off the last 4 days in a row!!! 4:00 rolled around very quickly. I thought I could eat at 4:30 and train my 5:30, 6:30 clients, then squat, but I totally forgot I had a 4:30....so no eating. By the time 7:30-8:00 came there was no way I could squat.
benching felt great. My pec were not jumping all over the place like they were last week. I did the 315 with a pause just to see how it felt. I took video of a few sets and will upload them. everything was smooth and fast.
