    wow my left knee was fu$%$# today! I tried to go raw, but couldnt take the pain. I added knee wraps which helped some.

    I didn;t get to start my w/o till 8:15 pm, after being up since 5:30am As sson as I got to 225 someone stopped by to check out the gym,,,,8:45pm picked up at 225 and finished benches and went home!

    Looks like the recovery process is going well.

    Do you ever wear knee sleeves? They might be more convenient for lighter work and will provide some warmth / compression if your knee has been sore.

    Hey Tom! I have rehband sleeves. They are awesome. I haven't wore them for a while. I was starting to think they were causing some pain....was thinking they were pushing on my knee cap causing pain. I don't think that is the case now, so I may try to go back to them again....thanks for reminding me!
