    update

    I've been pretty busy lately but wanted to fill everyone in on whats new.

    I decided to do the USPF FitEXPO Jan 24 in LA for my next meet.
    FitExpo
    So, training has just begun for this. I feel like I'm a little behind where I want to be, but what can I do, the last full meet I've done was the Raw Unity Meet in Jan!!! Bench may not 100% but I'm hoping squat and DL be up.

    Speaking of RUM, I will not be doing it this year for all those that keep asking. My sister is getting married in Mexico. We leave Feb 3rd. The Fitexpo, fits my schedule better.

    I've also started cardio 3x a week 30mintues sessions. I havent done cardio in years. I just want to be lean and not have to kill myself making 198's.

    I've also been taking Results by Atlarge nutrition on a regular basis. I really like this product. I've just been making myself take it first think in the morning, if I don't I never get to drinking it.

    I've also started a new supplement. I don't want to say until I know if it really works or not. It seems pretty like a pretty neat thing. I started it Tuesday. I will keep you updated.

    oh and I also started some Probiotics today...looking for immune boost and better protein and nutrient digestion. I will let you guys know the brand when I know for sure if this stuff is legit or not.
