    I had maybe less on top than you did, I had it set up so at the bottom position the chain was deloaded, and on top was what ever came off the floor.

    I have a video of the floor press, i post it soon. I'm not sure if you can see the chain set up though,,,, I had 2 45lb plates on each side, then added the chain, then 2 more 45's, so the chain was sandwiched between the plates.

    3 reps. Weak. Going from that heavy of band tension to no tension at all was really weird for reps.

    It had to be rough going from band tension to no bands.
    I'm not sure what my 4 board raw max is....i know i've done 575 before, that may be my best.
    I have a bunch of workouts to log, and videos to download, sorry guys i've been busy. I hope to get caught up tomorrow.
    work out have been going great.

    well my training partner wanted to keep the chain weight on so I just went as high as I could with that. Ended up with 525 +150lbs of chain. The total chain is 200lbs but some of it was on the floor so we'll call it 150 haha.

    Actually I haven't done a 3brd in a shirt. Well I take that back, I did when I was breaking this new shirt in but it was only 675 for a couple sets of doubles. Raw last time I did it, it was 545. hehe, I look forward to seeing what you put up

    i remember trying 680 with my double ply metal viking in 2005, and i missed it. I did do 655.
    I had video, but I don;t anymore.
