    Nice workout! I have never used the fat bar before. What is the purpose of it in inclines? I could see for deads for grip work.

    I use it for shoulder presses, flat bench, incline bench, curls and chin ups mostly. It tends to be easier on your elbows and wrists than a regular bar. I just like the way it feels on the pressing movements.

    I have the solid bar, which weighs 73-75lbs alone. Next time around I would get the hollow one. This one is a pain to move around!
