Did you search for this topic? I made one about two years ago asking the exact same thing.

I never get sick anymore, simply because:

-I dont eat anywhere close to my workout (2-3 hours)
-I eat a proper meal before my training.

What are you eating and how close is it to your leg workout?

i found your thread, and read through the responses.

i eat my lunch about 45min to an hr before working out so maybe i should wait a little longer on leg days, i eat solid food though not a shake. guess ill rest a lil longer between sets too.

I guarantee if you eat your meal 2-3 hours before you won't feel sick. Just give it a try.

I wouldnt suggest longer rest times. Shorter rest times increases the intensity of your training. Generally keep them between 2.5-3 minutes at most. Get a little timer if you dont have one, they're cheap.
