What should I do if I hit a plateau and seems like I can lift more? should I just eat more or something?
Could add in BCAAs and/or Fish Oil (if you aren't already).
1: What does your current routine look like and how long have you been using it?
2: How many weeks have you felt like you've plateaued? (generally I wouldn't assume a plateau after 1 week...**** happens and people make too big a deal out of it. I'd look at a 2 week time frame)
