    abdominal area

i am having a hard time focusing on my abdomen area, my arms have grown very large the past couple of weeks, i think there almost close or better than my friends, but i have Wanna Be BIG helping me out. my question is how can i work on my abdomen so i don't end up with large arms and nothing for a stomach i am planning on using the study guide form this website:

well if anyone knows what i should do to get a healthy abdominal workout to help me out then please inform me any responses i will read over, but i think the website i posted could really do a lot!

what i found out is that doing planks really bulks up your abs. after 2 weeks of doing these my abs bulge out. they probably protrude a good inch from my stomach, very noticable. try plate raises too, helps the core.

If you are doing heavy squats and deadlifts and keeping your core tight, that will help a lot. Planks, weighted crunches, leg raises and reverse crunches are all great additions to core training.

My abs have never been more sore than when using an ab wheel.

Sounds stupid and looks like it would never work but I found it way better than crunches, and gives a great feeling.

ive heard ab wheels arent the best for ya. stick with weighted crunches and planks. plus even if your not sore it doesnt mean your not progressing
