which day should i put deads on...trap day or lat day
full routine looks like
mon-chest/traps(including row movements)
If you stick with that routine... me personally would put it on your Wednesday routine, I guess! I just wouldn't want to do heavy chest, then heavy back.
This is why you should train movements, not body parts. It doesn't fit neatly into your little paradigm.
I'd have to see a more detailed routine to give you a solid answer.
if you do want a bodypart routine, train your back together on its own day. If you want to keep your routine as is, do it with traps. however your "traps" workout sounds more like a back thickness workout if you are including rows. that would be where deads would go best in your current scheme.

BB rows on trap day would be solid?
If you keep that training split, you should be doing them on one of your quad/ham days. Otherwise, you'd be hitting your hamstrings 3 times in 4 days.
