If I want to do a clean bulk, how much protein and carbs should I intake. I heard your body weight in protein and no more then 150 g of carbs daily.
I'll never understand people who think that because they are gaining fat that this means their muscle are growing faster.
Fat is just fat. You should be looking to add nothing but muscle. It's so easy to do so long as you count the calories and stick rigidly to it.
