    clean bulk

    If I want to do a clean bulk, how much protein and carbs should I intake. I heard your body weight in protein and no more then 150 g of carbs daily.

    That's a good estimate but honestly if you are bulking you'll want a bit more protein than that. More like in the range of 1.5-2 grams per pound of bodyweight. Also don't neglect your fats (good fats) such as in whole or 2% milk, eggs, red meat, and nuts.

    Should you really only eat 150 carbs? Sorry to hijack your thread... I've been eating about 200-250. I have been gaining a little more fat, as the weeks progress. Should I cut down the carbs?

    Yes of course you should cut the carbs.
    I'll never understand people who think that because they are gaining fat that this means their muscle are growing faster.
    Fat is just fat. You should be looking to add nothing but muscle. It's so easy to do so long as you count the calories and stick rigidly to it.
