I went to The Keg a while ago and had a steak that came with bruschetta on top. I decided to have a steak tonight and remade it with great success.

Bruschetta Topping
1 Tomato, chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
feta cheese

Directions
Mix everything except cheese in a bowl. Place on top of grilled steak and top with feta.

Notes
I kept the steak plain by seasoning it with just salt and pepper. This was enough for one 14 oz steak, so adjust accordingly. As always, fresh herbs are better and I highly recommend using them if you have them around.
