The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Removing body hair

OK, so I'm a fairly hairy guy, not SUPER hairy, but hairy none-the-less. It's actually something I'm pretty self-conscious of since the hair on my stomach is kind of all over the place.
So I went ahead and removed it for the first time today. Used Nair along with a razor blade. I'm regretting having done it, I've got a stubble on my stomach now, lol.
Left the chest hair... for now.... it looks kind of funny with such a large transition between chest hair and no stomach hair. What are your experiences with removing hair? Honestly, I felt even kind of gay doing it (no offense to anyone). I'm going to the beach in three weeks, and I need to fix it up somehow... don't know what to do -- go and get the entire thing waxed? I would leave my arm and leg hair though... I'm not going that far.
    What say you?

    +1 for the Bodygroom.

I live in Canada and just bought it from ebay. Works like a charm!

    Wow, strong insecurity.

To the OP: If the difference between the naked stomach and the hairy chest bothers you then don't shave to the skin in the future. Trim the hair with the bodygroom or with a regular hair trimmer. It's called "manscaping".

I remember seeing the ad a few months ago. Does it get as close as a Mach3?

It won't get as close as a razor, but it still does a pretty dang good job on its own. And you won't cut yourself with it.

I find most bodily hair disgusting.

Also this has been asked I think but its good to use on and around your pelvic and testicular regions...Right?
