    How'd I Do this morning?

    Kraft Single Cheese x 4
    Eggs x 3
    English Muffin x 2
    Canadian Bacon x 3
    Glass of Milk x 1

    Total:
    Fat 35.5 g
    Carbs 70
    Protein 62
    Calories 715

    Any other ideas to boost calories and what not? How'd i do? Thanks

    Add potatoes, juice, more milk and a bagel with cream cheese for starters. That's not much of a breakfast.

    EDIT: Grrr no more yogurt... i'ma eat some cheese i guess
