I went to Wrestling school for the 1st time last week and a lot of it was doing rolls and flips. I have never been the most agile person and was pretty useless at Gymnastics. I avoided doing these as much as possible at school as I don't like doing things I am not good at. However there are some aspects of the wrestling I like and I would like to get good at it but want to know if there is anything I can do to become more agile or is it just a matter of practice. If you can't do it right in the 1st place, how are you meant to practice it is what I am thinking?
