    How not to Bench!!!!

    Pic of one of my wonderful dumps from the UPA Nationals. Please dont ever do this, this sucks real bad!!! Thank goodness for GREAT Spotters that looks like it was about to cut me in half

    haha you're right, I think she is! It did happen pretty fast though.

    Ouch! I know exactly how it feels. I did the same thing two weeks ago, but I only had 715 on the bar. With good spotters, we live to lift again.
    Can't wait 'til tomorrow, 'cause I get stronger every day!

    Holy crap. That looks really painful. That kind of weight would have smashed right through my chest and snapped my spine. Good thing I can only bench like 1/5 of that.

    It was one of my first 2 attempts. The guy grabbing the bar in the Westside tanktop handed off my 903 to me. So it is either 836 or 870. The 903 was a lot worse that is the one I blacked out on.
